Details collar bag: 3 compartments for tax stamps, address and phone number.  Lateral label "PHONE inside!"  in fluorescent paint, address card.  With leather thread tear-proof on flexible, soft, transparent PVC quilted.  Double glued, easy to clean, waterproof. 

Velcro fastener with high closure and opening cycle: 50% loss after 10,000 cycles.  Velcro fastener: woven polyamide. 

Pad made of soft, transparent PVC (polyvinyl chloride made of PVC resin, UV-resistant, rot-inhibiting, dirt-repellent, water-repellent, waterproof, temperature-resistant, high breaking strength).
