1. Details of tracker bag manufacturing:

  • For nylon, synthetic leather/nylon combination, and leather/nylon combination, the exterior color is your choice; the interior color is black nylon. For leather, we use felt on the inside to maintain the bag's stability and protect it from moisture.
  • Rubberized label on the side "PHONE inside!"
  • All products are stitched with high-quality leather thread to match your color choice

  • Plastic panic closure. Opens only with finger pressure underneath the closure. Secured with a double, tensile-resistant, 2cm wide, black elastic band. Tracker bags XL also offer a large snap closure.

  • Nylon and synthetic leather are waterproof. Leather is rainproof, and even a quick dip in a lake won't hurt. However, leather is not suitable for long-term swimming fun!

2. Details manufacturing collar pouches for dog tags:

  • Our dog tag pouches are available with a nylon back pocket. In addition to the closure, both versions offer a choice of either a rubber closure or a small hook-and-loop fastener. The elastic band is 20mm wide and strong.
  • Velcro fastener: polyamide, with high closure and opening cycle (50% loss after 10,000 cycles).
  • The bags have a total of four compartments. One compartment is located on the front and three compartments are located on the inside.
  • The length of the collar pocket varies depending on your selection and is adjusted to your collar or harness width.

3. The following applies to all our products:

  • All individual parts of our products are professionally punched in our in-house punching workshop and NOT cut by hand. Our in-house sewing studio also handles further processing. Therefore, all parts are also manufactured in Germany.
  • When sourcing our materials, we ensure that they are sourced within Germany and Europe.
  • Our products are copy-protected and only available through our brand josi.li.

4. Notes on embroidery:

  • Embroidery is only possible with the name in UPPER or lower case letters.
  • Material information for the embroidery thread can be found on the respective color cards.
  • For better durability, embroidery is additionally glued on the inside with non-toxic adhesive.
  • Please pay particular attention to the durability of embroidery for particularly active dogs.
  • Embroidery with a telephone number is NOT possible!

5. Material information and care instructions:

You will find the material information on the respective color cards when selecting the material.

Care instructions:

Washing with mild detergent without Fabric softener or a soapy cloth, by hand. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not use chlorine, do not bleach, and do not dry on a radiator! Leather can occasionally be cared for with a little transparent leather grease.

The included address card is not waterproof, but can be made waterproof by laminating it.
